Hiranyadha Collections is an online boutique. There is no walk-in store. This page explains what we collect when you use hiranyadha-collections.com.

What we collect

• Name, email, mobile, and delivery address when you enquire or place an order.
• Selected pieces, prices, and shipping as calculated on our server.
• Messages you send on WhatsApp, email, or the enquiry form.
• Cart contents stored in your own browser so your lookbook selection is not lost if payment fails.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply, confirm an order, despatch a piece, or handle a return. We do not sell your information.

Payments

Payment is taken by Razorpay. We do not collect card numbers, expiry dates, or CVV on hiranyadha-collections.com. An order is marked paid only after Razorpay confirms the payment on our server.

Ads and analytics

We record product views, cart additions, checkout starts, and purchases only after Razorpay confirms the payment on our server. Opening the thank-you page is not enough to count a paid order. WhatsApp notes are counted as enquiries, not as sales. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel load only if measurement IDs are set. Ads stay off until those IDs and a daily cap are in place. We do not sell your name or mobile to other brands.

Your choices

Write to us to correct or delete your details. Clearing your browser also clears the cart and any details saved only on your device.
