Application

• Write on WhatsApp or email with your name, city, and the Instagram or WhatsApp channel you already use.
• Suggest a short referral code — letters and numbers only, for example a name. The atelier confirms or assigns one.
• You are not accepted until the atelier replies in writing. Do not promise a rate, a gift, or a title before that note.

Responsibilities

• Share listed pieces with their product page or shop link. Use the prices on those pages. Do not invent a price.
• Pieces marked on enquiry stay on enquiry. Ask the atelier for a quote; do not guess one.
• Say that Hiranyadha is an online boutique with pan-India delivery and no walk-in shop.
• Do not publish a shop address, a founder name, or a payment ID that is not on the site.
• Paid ads stay off until the atelier has Pixel or Analytics IDs and a daily cap. Organic notes and this page are enough to start.

Referral attribution

• Once accepted, your link is https://hiranyadha-collections.com/?ref=yourcode. The same ?ref=yourcode can sit on any product page.
• When a customer opens that link, the code is stored on their device for 30 days and sent with a later enquiry or paid order.
• A customer can also name you on WhatsApp. That is recorded if they write the name or code in the note.
• Opening a thank-you page is not a referral. Only a saved enquiry or a server-confirmed paid order can carry the code.

Loyalty-point rules

• Points are recorded only on orders that Razorpay has confirmed as paid, and that carry your accepted code or your name.
• A thank-you page visit, an unpaid checkout, or a WhatsApp browse is not a paid order and earns no points.
• Enquiry pieces earn points only after they are priced and paid.
• The point value — what a point is worth as studio credit — is written in your acceptance note. It is not listed as a rupee rate on this page.
• Points are studio credit against a future listed piece. They are not cash, not transferable, and not valid after the period written in that note.
• Self-orders do not earn points unless the acceptance note says so.
